Commissioning on MCS System of Large Scale Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

江苏省大屯440t/h循环流化床锅炉机组是目前国内CFB最大容量主流机组之一,CFB锅炉系统与常规锅炉有较大的区别。介绍该CFB锅炉机组的锅炉系统及其相应的自动控制系统,并着重介绍了在调试过程中MCS系统软件设计与系统投运中问题的分析与解决。

DaTun 440t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler unit in JiangShu prorince is one of the biggest unit of mainstream CFB units in our state at the present.CFB system is apparently different from traditional boiler units.The research of this CFB boiler unit and its affiliated automatic control system are introduced.At the same time,the software designs of modulated control system(MCS)in commission process,and the question analysis and observation in MCS function test are introduced in detail.
