世界经济进入新一轮增长期。世界经济仍存在一些不稳定因素和潜在风险，因此， 世界经济发展仍将有起伏，各国和地区经济发展仍将是不平衡的。但是，有利因素多于和强 于不稳定因素，这次增长期有可能持续到2010年甚至2020年前后。
The global economy has entered a new round of growth, but there remain some unstable and potential risks. The world economic development may undergo ups and downs, and growth may also vary from different countries and regions. As there are more and stronger favorable factors than unfavorable ones, the current round of growth could extend to 2010 even 2020.
