摘要
本文研究英语双及物构块式 (VNNconstruction)。通常所区分的“双宾”结构和“宾—补”结构 ,都可看作是归属于VNN构块式的统一的句法现象 ,都受VNN构块意义的制约。本文还从“名动互含”的假设出发 ,探讨了VNN构块式的语法化过程 ,并从认知原则对这一构块作了初步的解释。
The article examines ditransitive construction in English within the theoretical framework of construction grammar. This theory allows a construction_grammar approach to the kind of sentence types such as give him a book/call him a hero, leading to a tentative view that these sentence types might be treated as belonging to the same VNN construction. The article also explores the grammaticalizational process of VNN construction, explaining the forming of VNN construction in line with cognitive principles.
