摘要
在我国,燃煤电厂水力冲灰系统的结垢是一个普遍存在的问题。通过对华北地区两个电厂冲灰系统流程、运行工况的调查及冲灰系统沿程各点的水质分析,利用CaCO3沉淀势作为判断依据,分析了其中一电厂冲灰系统严重结垢而另一电厂冲灰系统结垢不显著的原因,为电厂开展水力除灰管道的防垢及采取防垢措施提供依据。
The scale problem of ash-hydraulic system in a coal-fired plant is common in China. Two coal-fired plants in North China were taken as an example. After the studying of flowing and operating situation of the ash hydraulic transport systems in the two coal-fired plants, the water quality of the transport system was analyzed. Based on the CaCO_3 deposit potential method, the cause of the different situation of scale problems between the two plants was studied. This will have a great significance on the further research of scale prevention and the scale-prevention design in the system.
