通过探讨砂轮锐度与磨削力的关系,我们可知采用锋利的砂轮可以使磨削过程中的磨削力、磨削力比值F_n/F_t和磨削时间常数变小。随着砂轮的磨钝,磨削力和磨削时间常数都将增大,但磨削力比值F_n/F_t没有明显的变化趋势。本文提出的利用切入磨削光磨阶段的磨削力积分值来监测砂轮锐度的方法,为在线监测砂轮磨削性能和砂轮磨损状态提供了新的途径。
After investigating the relationship between grinding wheelsharpness and grinding force, we know that grinding force, grindingforce ratio F_n/F_t and grinding time constant would be smaller duringgrinding with a sharp grinding wheel. While grinding wheel is gettingdull, the grinding force and the grinding time constant will increase,but the grinding force ratio F_n/F_t will not have an obvious tendency tochange. The integral value of grinding force in the spark-out grindingphase of plunge grinding is, here, defined as a monitoring parameter,which provides a new way to sense the grinding property and the wearof grinding wheel on line.
