摘要
包头钢铁公司的平炉尘含铁量高,粒径微细,以γ-Fe2O3为主,经过提纯分级可以作为生产超细磁性材料的原料.研究了平炉尘在油酸钠分散条件下制备超细Fe3O4.结果表明,加入表面活性剂可以降低超微粒子的表面能,减少其团聚倾向,得到粒径更细且均匀的超细Fe3O4粉末.
The Open-heath dust of Baotou Iron and steel Company is fine in particle size, its iron content is high, mainly exits in γ-Fe_2O_3 type. After purification it can be raw material for manufacturing magnetic material.To prepare Fe_3O_4 with super-fine particle by Open-heath dust in the exist of surface active agent was studied.The results show that the surface active agent can reduce the surface energy and the reunite tendency,thus the Fe_3O_4 with smaller particle size is obtained.
