Based on the dynamical mechanisms of small town's sustainable development,the interior superiorities including the resources,location,traffic,economy and market,upgrade and conformation of industrial structure,history and culture,and exterior potential energy such as the diffusion of center city's industry and population,acceleration of the administration management and government decision-making, drive of industry are analyzed.Thus offerringtheoretical basis for government to make sustainable development stratagem for small towns,and developing the small towns healthily and efficiently.
