摘要
土地资产作为最大的国有资产,在城市建设中具有举足轻重的作用.对银川市土地利用结构、土地资产的集约利用及土地产出等进行了分析,提出了盘活存量土地资产,提高土地利用率,实现城市经济、生态、社会效益一体化等城市土地经营思路.从强化土地资产的管理,完善土地有形市场,健全城市土地储备制度等方面探讨了优化银川市土地资产的方略.
As the biggest state-owned assets,land assets plays important role in city developments.Based on the analysis for the construction of land use,gather utilization of land and land output in Yinchuan city,the land management idea of increasing the land utilization and realizing performance harmony development in city economy,ecosystem and social is presented.The strategies on optimizing the land assets of Yinchuan city through strengthening the management of land assets,perfecting the visible market of land and the system of city land stored etc. is given.
