摘要
民族文化与民族教育是互为依存、互为促进的,民族文化是民族教育的源泉,民族教育是民族文化得以保留和传承的重要途径。本文在对民族教育的概念、政策和实践进行了审视和思考后发现,针对少数民族的民族教育并没有或很少对本民族文化进行选择和传递,民族教育其实成为民族地区的现代性教育。在这种情况下,如何贯彻民族教育的“多元一体”的教育理念,培养出具有本民族文化特点,又能适应普遍文化和全球化发展需要的人才?为此,我们需要在理念上进行争鸣,获得共识。
There is a close relationship between Minority Culture and Minority Education.Minority Culture is the source of Minority Education and Minority Education is an important method for the retaining and the handing down of Minority Culture.But in fact,Minority Education has become modernity Education.It is worth discussing and thinking how to realize“the Idea of integrated Multicultural Education”in the multicultural minority community.
