摘要
合成了2(2喹啉偶氮)1,3二氨基苯(QADAB),并研究了其与钴的显色反应,在pH50的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,CTMAB存在下,QADAB与钴反应生成2∶1稳定配合物,用磷酸酸化后,在酸介质中体系λmax=595nm,ε=829×104L·mol-1·cm-1。钴含量在001~040mg/L内符合比尔定律,方法用于环境样品中钴含量的测定,结果令人满意。
Quinolinylazo) 1,3 diaminoaniline(QADAB) was synthesized,and its color reaction with cobalt(Ⅱ) was studied.In the medium of CTMAB and pH 5.0 buffer solution,QADAB reacted with cobalt(Ⅱ) to form a stable 2∶1 complex.The molar absorptivity was 8.29×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 595 nm.Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0.01~0.4 mg/L.This method was applied to the determination of cobalt in environmental samples with good results.
