Synthesis of 2-chloro-4-amino pyridine

摘要 在对以2氨基吡啶为原料合成2氯4氨基吡啶的两条路线进行比较的基础上,确定采用乙酰化、氧化、水解、重氮化、氯代、硝化和还原等6步反应的合成路线并通过正交实验得到了最佳的合成工艺,总产率最高可达647%,比文献产率提高一倍。 Two methods to synthesize 2 chloro 4 amino pyridine were compared to get better conditions.It could be prepared through acetylation,oxidation,hydrolysis,diazotization,chlorination,nitrification and reduction,the general yield was 64.7%(literature,32.2%).The optimum processing conditions were obtained.
