Determination of Main Alkaloids in Tobacco by Capillary Gas Chromatogragpy with Solvent Extraction

摘要 报道了用毛细管柱气相色谱同时测定烟草中尼古丁、去甲基尼古丁、新烟碱和去氢新烟碱 4种主要生物碱的方法。烟草样品经二氯甲烷 /甲醇 (V/V ,3∶1 )溶剂萃取 ,过一次性滤膜 ,直接进样 ,经HP 5MS毛细管柱分离 ,氮磷检测器 (NPD)检测。该方法简单 ,重现性好 ;4种生物碱相对标准偏差为 1 .5 %~ 3 .4% ;加标回收率为 93 .6%~ 1 0 2 .4%。 This paper described a simple method for the simultaneous determination of four main alkaloids (nicotine, nornicotine, anabasine, anatabine) in tobacco. Tobacco powder was shaken in solvent (CH2Cl2/ CH3OH, V/V, 3: 1) and the main alkaloids extract was directly analyzed by capillary gas chromatography (GC) equipped with nitrogen phosphoraus detector (NPD) after filtered through a 0.45 mum disposable filter. GC separation was carried out on a HP-5 MS capillary column (30 m x 0.25 mm x 0.25 mum). The relative standard deviations were 1.5% similar to 3.4% and the recoveries were 93.6% similar to 102.4%. The analytical process was extremely simple and all results obtained were satisfactory.
