严重创伤患者的抢救与护理

Resuscation of severe tranmatic

目的 :探讨严重创伤患者救治的护理特点 ,提高抢救成功率。方法 :回顾调查分析严重创伤急诊手术患者 2 6 2的临床资料。结果 :2 6 2例严重创伤手术患者 ,抢救脱险 2 35例 ,死亡 2 7例 ,救治成功率为 89 7%。结论 :时间观和急救观 ,预见性和准确性 ,整体性和连续性的整体护理 ,在严重急诊手术救治过程中 。

Objective:To explore nursing characteristic of severe traumatic patients,and improve successful resuscation.Method:262 cases and their clinical data had been analyzed retrospectively.Result:235 cases had been pulled through trauma by sucessful resuscation,27 had died sucessful rate is 89.7%.Conclusion:Timeliness,good prognosis and accuracy,holistic continuity conception all show important in resuscation.
