By comparing and analyzing the structure of the award - winners who are supported by NSFC or GNSF in South China Normal University, the situation and the law of development with personnel structure of the award - winners in different kinds and different stages is revealed. The conclusion may provide references for the scientific research management, especially the construction of scientific research team.
