摘要
本文以对话方式,主要讨论英语辞格"repetition"和汉语辞格"反复"的分类.根据迄今出版的研究成果发现:前者的分类远远多于后者.本人通过较前深入的探讨,得出的结论是:英、汉"反复"辞格的分类,并非是孰多孰少而是分类的视角、方法和措辞不同的问题.英、汉"反复"辞格的分类,虽实用价值不大,但此文对之"小题大作"的目的却是想强调在科研中一定要有独立思考和创新意识,以期对英、汉语比较研究有所裨益.
This paper,in the form of a dialogue,discusses mainly the classification of “repetition”,a figure of speech,in English and Chinese.According to the outcome of scientific research published hitherto,the author comes to know that,the classification of English “repetition” is more specific than that of Chinese one.Through an exploration deeper than before,the present paper reaches a conclusion:the truth is that the difference between English and Chinese concerning the “repetition” classification does not consist in the specificity but in the visual angles,methods and terms used.The classification in the paper,small as its importance is,is discussed to emphasize something rather greatly important,namely,to think independently and originally,which is of benefit to our comparative study of English and Chinese.
