通过对保税区十几年来在我国经济中所起的作用、功能、成就及运行模式进行分析,以入世及今后保税区优势失却及转型的必要性为切入点,从改革保税区内部运营机制、改善保税区投资环境、进一步发展保税区物流业的战略措施几个方面阐述了我国保税区经济功能与运营模式的转型。

This article analyzes the effect, function, achievement and running pattern of the revenue-protected district in recent years. It also discusses the loss of the advantage and the necessity of transition for the revenue-protected district after WTO Entry. Finally, it expatiates the transition of the economy function and running pattern for revenue-protected district from several aspects.
