含有碳纳米管复合材料的细胞亲和性 被引量:9

摘要 制备了一种聚-(L-乳酸)(PLLA)和碳纳米管(CNTs)的复合材料,并利用原子力显微镜(AFM)和接触角检测对材料的表面形貌和性质进行了表征.初步研究了复合材料的生物相容性以及CNTs对细胞亲和性的影响.结果表明,复合材料对于鼠3T3成纤维细胞和Oct-1成骨细胞具有良好的生物相容性.CNTs的加入对细胞亲和性有很大影响,对细胞的贴附有一定的抑制作用.
