摘要
应用SEM和XRD研究了原位生成VC陶瓷颗粒及外加WC陶瓷颗粒增强Fe基表面复合材料的显微组织。结果表明,VC和WC能根据各自的含量相互固溶,这对增强相与基体的结合强度会产生有益的影响,将能明显提高表面层的抗冲击性和耐磨性。
The microscopic organization and structure of iron-base surface composites reinforced by VC ceramic grains from in-situ production and adding WC ceramic grains were studied by SEM and XRD. The results show that WC and VC can dissolve mutually in according to their content. It will be beneficial to increase the bond strength between reinforcements and matrix. And it can greatly increase resistance to impact and wear of surface layer.
