亚温淬火对20CrMnTi渗碳多冲疲劳寿命的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对20CrMnTi钢渗碳亚温淬火的多冲疲劳寿命进行了试验研究。试验选用两种渗碳层深度,对比亚温淬火和常温淬火在不同冲击能量下的冲击疲劳次数。结果表明:两种淬火工艺处理的试样的多冲A-logN曲线存在交点。在交点下方区域,小能量多次冲击载荷作用下,经渗碳亚温淬火处理的试样有较高的断裂次数;无论亚温淬火还是常温淬火,喷丸处理后的试样多冲疲劳寿命都有较大提高。上述试验结果对于变革现行的渗碳工艺,降低淬火温度,减少热处理变形,有应用价值。 The effect of subtemperate quenching on multiple impact properties of 20CrMnTi carbonized steel was investigated. Two different carbureted surface layers were chosen for multiple impact experiments. The results show that there exists an intersecting point for multiple impact rupture work- failure cycles curve of the conventional quenching and subtemperate quenchingcraft at the same carbureted layers. At the left side of the intersecting point,the subtemperate quenching samples have more multiple impact rupture work. At the rightside of the intersecting point, the conventional quenching samples have more multiple impact rupture work. This means that subtemperate quenching craft is prefer to be used under the small load. Ether subtemperate quenching or conventional quenching will have an improvement of multiple impact resistance to some extent after they was shot penning.
