红景天壮骨丸治疗骨质疏松症的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨健脾益肝肾中药红景天壮骨丸对去势大鼠引起的骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)所致骨质量与骨生物力学性能的影响。方法:选用健康雌性2月龄Wister大鼠40只,将实验大鼠切除卵巢,建立骨质疏松模型,分为假手术组(正常组)、模型组、尼尔雌醇组、中药组,观察腰椎、股骨骨密度和生物力学变化。结果:红景天壮骨丸能提高L3和股骨的骨密度和骨矿含量,模型组的椎体的骨矿含量和骨密度分别为(0.0109±0.0013)g和(0.098±0.0073)g/cm2,右股骨为(0.3289±0.0197)g,(0.2109±0.012)g/cm2,而中药组则分别为(0.015±0.0042)g,(0.1164±0.198)g/cm2和(0.3959±0.051)g,(0.2368±0.0208)g/cm2,差异有显著性意义(t=2.649,2.298,2.648,2.298,P<0.05)。提高L3的结构力学性能和右股骨的材料力学性能。其中弹性模量、最大载荷、最大刚度、最大应力及最大应变均有较大提高。结论:红景天壮骨丸能有效地阻止去卵巢引起的骨量丢失,调节骨吸收和骨形成的失平衡,能增加腰椎骨的承载力,提高股骨抵抗外力冲击的能力。 AIM:To study the therapeutic effect of hongjingtian zhuanggu wan on the bone mass and bone biodynamics of the emascu latedrats caused by osteoporosis(OP). METHODS:A total of 40 healthy male Wister rats aged 2 months old were selected.The ovaries of experimental rats were removed and the osteoporosis models were established.The rats were divided into sham operation group,(normal group),model group,nilestriol group and Chinese herb group.Bone mineral density(BMD) and biodynamic changes of lumbar vertebra and femur were observed. RESULTS:Hongjingtian zhuanggu wan could increase the BMD and skeletal mineral content of L3 and thigh bone. Skeletal mineral content and BMD of cone were(0.010 9±0.001 3) g and (0.098±0.007 3) g/cm2 respectively, and those of the right thigh bone were (0.328 9±0.019 7) g and (0.210 9±0.012) g/cm2 respectively in model group. However those in Chinese herb group were(0.015±0.004 2) g,(0.116 4±0.198) g/cm2, (0.395 9±0.051) g and(0.236 8±0.020 8) g/cm2 respectively,which was significantly different(t=2.649, 2.298, 2.648, 2.298; P< 0.05).It could also improve property in structure of L3 and material of right thigh bone,especially elastic modulus,maximal power,maximal strength index,maximal stress and maximal strain were improved greatly. CONCLUSION:Hong jingtian zhuanggu wan effectively prevents bone loss caused by emasculated ovaries,and adjusts the balance of bone absorption and bone formation,improves the loading power of lumbar vertebra and ability of thigh bone against impaction.
