低频脉冲电磁场对原发性骨质疏松症患者骨痛、骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响 被引量:10

Effects of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields on pain,bone mineral density and biomarkers of bone in patients with primary osteoporosis

摘要 目的:观察低频脉冲电磁场(pulsedelectromagneticfields,PEMFs)对原发性骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法:对18例原发性骨质疏松症患者进行PEMFs治疗,40min/次,1次/d,每周治疗5次,共6周为1个疗程,观察其治疗作用。结果:治疗后在16例有疼痛症状的患者中,疼痛消失或缓解11例(P<0.05),总有效率为69%。血清骨钙素水平提高16.83%(P<0.05)。血总碱性磷酸酶水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。两个月后复查骨密度显示平均股骨颈骨密度提高4.34%(P<0.05),平均髋部Wards三角区骨密度提高10.19%(P<0.05),平均腰椎(L2~4)骨密度无明显提高(P>0.05)。治疗过程中及治疗后无一例患者出现不良反应。治疗前后患者血常规、肝肾功能、血钙、血磷均在正常范围内。结论:PEMFs能改善原发性骨质疏松症患者疼痛症状,促进骨形成从而提高骨密度。PEMFs治疗原发性骨质疏松症是安全的。 AIM:To observe the therapeutic effects of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) on primary osteoporosis. METHODS:Eighteen patients with primary osteoporosis received PEMFs therapy for 40 minutes per day,five times a week for 6 weeks, then the curative effect was evaluated. RESULTS:After therapy,the pain vanished or palliated in 11 cases among the 16 patients with pain (P< 0.05),the total effective rate was 69%.The serum osteocalcin was increased by 16.83%(P< 0.05).There was no significant change in serum total alkaline phosphatase(P >0.05).The re measurement of BMD after two months later showed that the average BMD was increased by 4.34%in femur neck(P< 0.05) and 10.19%in Wards triangle region (P< 0.05) of the hip,respectively.No significant increase in the average BMD of lumbar spine(L2-4) was observed(P >0.05). No adverse effects were observed during and after therapy.Blood routine test,hepatorenal function,blood calcium and phosphorum were all in normal range before and after treatment. CONCLUSION:Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields can ameliorate pain and stimulate osteogenesis which increase bone mineral densities in patients with primary osteoporosis.It is safe to treat primary osteoporosis with PEMFs.
