摘要
目的:探讨手指灵活性训练对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智力发育的改善作用。方法:随机将商丘市第一人民医院儿科收治的58例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿分为干预组30例和对照组28例,两组均进行常规治疗和康复,干预组在其基础上增加手指灵活性训练。6个月、1岁时进行智能发育检测。结果:干预组6个月智力发育指数(MDI)和心理运动发育指数(PDI)分别为101.4±10.9和96.6±10.1。1岁时分别为104.6±11.2和97.5±11.1,均高于对照组(6个月94.1±9.3,87.8±9.7和1岁时97.7±10.3,92.3±7.6),相比较差异有显著性意义(t=2.05,2.71,2.68,2.02,P<0.05)。结论:手指灵活性训练可促进缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智力发育,预防及降低神经系统后遗症的发生。
AIM:To study the effect of finger training for improving the intelligence of infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). METHODS:Fifty eight infants with HIE were randomly divided into two groups, 30 were in treatment group, and 28 in control group .The two groups all received normal treatment and rehabilitation. The training of finger was added in the treatment group. Intelligence growth was tested when children was 6 months and 1 year old. RESULTS: Mental development index(MDX) and psychology development index(PDI) in the treatment group were 101.4±10.9 and 96.6±10.1 respectively at the age of 6 months and 104.6±11.2 and 97.5±11.1 respectively at the age of 1 year. The index in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,(94.1±9.3 vs 87.8±9.7 at 6 months,97.7±10.3 vs 92.3±7.6 at 1 year).There was significant meaning (t=2.05,2.71,2.68,2.02,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The training of finger can improve mental development in infants with HIE,prevent and lower the occurrence of the nervous system syndrome.
