不同运动强度的健步走对老年男性心血管功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨老年男性运动健身的最佳适宜运动强度。方法:61~65岁男性32人,随机分为3个运动强度组,运动能力为30%~45%11人,46%~60%11人,61%~75%10人,进行每周3次,每次靶心率维持时间30min,为期8周的健步走锻炼。运动处方实施前后检测受试者的心血管功能。结果:实验后检测各组人群的平均心脏功能能力。小强度组11人的左室舒张末期容积及其内径、心搏量、心搏指数和左室收缩平均射血率显著性提高,心率和舒张压显著性降低;中等强度组17人的舒张压、收缩压和心率显著性下降;大强度组10人的收缩压显著性下降(P均<0.05)。左室短轴收缩率的组间比较结果呈小强度组和中等强度组分别与大强度组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:30%~60%的运动能力是61~65岁男性进行心血管功能锻炼的最佳适宜运动强度。 AIM:To explore the most suitable exercise intensity for elderly men. METHODS:A total of 32 males, aged 61 to 65 years old, were divided into 3 groups according to the percentage of function capacity(FC):30%to 45%FC group (n=11), 46%to 60%FC group(n=11) and 61%to 75%FC group (n=10). The aerobic exercise (walking) with different intensities was performed for 8 weeks, the maintaining time of target heart rate was 30 minutes per time, and 3 times per week. Some parameters of cardiovascular function were measured before and after experiment. RESULTS:The mean capacity of cardiovascular function of the men in all groups was measured.The left ventricular end diastolic volume and bore,stroke volume, stroke volume index, left ventricular systolic ejection rate in the low intensity group (n=11) were significantly increased, while the heart rate and diastolic pressure were markedly decreased. The diastolic, systolic pressure and heart rate in the middle intensity group (n=11) were significantly decreased. The systolic pressure in the high intensity group was markedly decreased (P< 0.05).The left ventricular minor axis shortening rate in the low and middle intensity groups was significantly different from that in the high intensity group respectively (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: 30%to 60%FC is the most suitable exercise intensity for men aged 61 to 65 years old as the main purposes to maintain and improve.
