正常人简体汉字词组短时记忆刺激的脑fMRI实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 本实验是运用功能磁共振成像(fMRU)研究志愿者简体汉字词组短时记忆刺激的脑内活动区情况。方法 10例正常志愿者作为研究对象。运用单次激发GRE-EPI分别在横断位、冠状位和矢状位扫描采集fNRI图像,以简体汉字词组短时记忆为刺激。fMRI图像和TIW解剖图像在三个断面融合,并进行脑内活动区出现率分析。结果 横断位图像上出现24个活动区.冠状位图像上出现20个活动区,矢状位图像上出现24个活动区。 结论 本实验的fMRI研究显示正常人简体汉字单词短时记忆刺激的脑内活动区主要位于PFC,颞叶-海马、枕叶和小脑等。 Purpose To study regional brain activation in 10 volunteers during Chinese phrases short-term memory. Methods Single shot GRE-EPI imaging was performed individually in 10 volunteers on transverse, coronal and sagittal sections during short-term memory stimulation of Chinese phrases. fMRI images were mixed with T1W anatomic images on 3 individual sections. Expression rate of brain activation regions were also analyzed. Results There are 24 activation regions on transverse section, 20 regions on coronal section, and 24 regions on sagittal section. Conclusion Our MRI study manifested brain activation regions are at PFC, temporal lobe-hippocampus, occipital lobe and cerebellum during short-term memory stimulation of Chinese phrases.
