硅烷改性聚异丁烯密封剂的开发与应用 被引量:2

Development and Application of Silane-Modified Polyisobutylene Sealants

摘要 介绍了以日本钟渊化学公司的EPIONTM为代表的硅烷改性聚异丁烯树脂的制备及固化特性,它具有较低的Tg、良好的耐久稳定性和极强的阻气性。同时还介绍了以该类树脂作主组分的密封剂及其专用底涂剂的配方及使用性能。与其他密封剂相比,该类密封剂具有良好的涂布粘接性、涂装性和抗污染性。 In this paper,the preparation methods and the cure characteristics of silane-modified polyisobutylene resins represented as Kaneka EPION^(TM) were introduced.It was found that this kind of resin had lower Tg,well durable stability and higher air-resistance.Meanwhile, the formulations and the characteristics of the sealants using this kind of resins as main component,and the specific primers for the sealants were also mentioned. Compared with the other kind of sealants,the sealants mentioned above had well coating adhesion,finishing and antipollution.
