工序质量的动态控制原理及其在无心磨中的应用

摘要 本文提出了用数理统计理论和时间序列分析方法控制工序质量的原理,由此原理构成的动态统计控制器使加工过程始终处于工序诊断和工序调节状态。本文还提出了统计诊断的两个评价指标,通过对统计诊断的两个评价指标的分析,证明该诊断方法可靠。本文还给出了具有工序诊断和工序调节的无心磨削系统框图,实践表明该系统用于无心磨削轴承内圈内孔工序,效果明显。 In this paper it is suggested that the operationalquality is controlled with mathematical statistics and time - sequentialanalysis. The dynamic statistical controller constructed with this mech-anism maintains from beginning to end the machining in an operationaldiagnosing and adjusting state. Two evaluating indexs for statisticaldiagnosis are proposed, and, through the analysis on which, the diag-nosis method mentioned above has proved to be reliable. This paper gives also the block diagram of operational diagnosingand adjusting centreless grinding, which diagram has proved to be effe-ctive in grinding the hole on bearing inner ring.
