Almond Germplasm Resource and Present Situation of Research

综述了扁桃资源的分布状况和在分子水平上对扁桃资源进行研究的成果,包括利用分子标记进行品种的准确鉴定和辅助育种、遗传图谱构建、分离和克隆编码重要性状的基因和自交不亲和性的研究等方面的内容。

This paper reviewed distribution situation of almond resource and results of some researches on almond on molecular level, such as identification of almond varieties and construction of genetic linkage map by molecular marker technique, isolation and clone of some important genes, as well as studies on self-incompatibility.
