精神科患者出院方式的影响因素分析

Analysis on influencing factors of inpatients' discharge way from mental hospital

目的 探讨影响精神科住院患者选择出院方式的因素。方法 对合肥市某精神病医院71 7例住院患者入院和出院时进行问卷调查 ,分析患者自动出院行为及其影响因素。结果 选择自动出院者 2 0 9例 (2 9.2 % ) ,logistic回归分析显示 :病区模式、性别、职业、家属文化程度、费用负担、病期及患者家庭收入是患者自动出院的影响因素。结论 加强精神疾病知识的宣传教育 ,增进患者亲属或监护人对精神疾病的认识 ,减轻疾病负担 。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of psychiatric patients' way of discharging from mental hospital. Methods 717 psychiatric inpatients were investigated by questionnaire for the influencing factors of their voluntary giving up treatment and leaving hospital behaviors. Results Although being in period of treatment, 209 (29.2%) patients discharged from hospital on their own initiative. Logistic regression analysis showed that ward management model, gender, occupation, family members' educational level, economic burden, disease duration and household income were the influencing factors of patients' initiative leaving hospital. Conclusions It is suggested that strengthening patient education about mental health, promoting patient's family member's cognitions of mental diseases, alleviating the burden of disease, enlarging the government's investment in the prevention of psychiatric disease be the positive measures for decreasing the uncured rate of mental disorder and increasing the efficient rate of treatment.
