摘要
在分析企业流程再造思想的基础上,进一步给出了企业流程再设计的原则;并分析了管理信息化与企业流程再造二者的关系;指出了企业流程再造是管理信息化的基础,突出了管理信息化对企业流程再造的支撑作用。
Being the running means of enterprises, the management information work of enterprises has been emphasized by more and more people. On the basis of further analysis of the thought of BPR,the article provides the re-designing principle of enterprise process and analyse the relationship between management information and BPR. It also indicates that BPR is the base of management informationization and the management informationization gives strong support to BPR at the same time.
