摘要
基于技术创新人才的特点和模糊综合评价理论,建立了综合评价技术创新人才的指标体系,并对技术创新人才进行了定性和定量的分析,为进一步完善评价机制提供了有力的帮助。
Based on the characteristics of personnel with technological innovation ability and the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this article not only establishes the index system of comprehensive evaluation personnel but also analyses them qualitatively and quantitatively, which is helpful to further perfecting the system of evaluation.
