新乡火电厂大型建构群爆破拆除 被引量:2

摘要 新乡火电厂需拆除的大型建构群包括主厂房、100m高的钢筋混凝土烟囱和地下基础。文中主要介绍了主厂房爆破拆除时立柱爆高的确定和柱、梁、墙的爆破参数,同时介绍了烟囱爆破拆除时爆破切口的设计。用主厂房爆堆作为高烟囱倒地时的缓冲垫层,既大大降低了冲击震动强度,又起到了二次破碎作用。主厂房分为三个爆区,采用非电加强双向多回路网格式起爆网路,保证了多药包一次起爆成功。 In Xinxiang thermal power plant,large-scale buiding and structure group necessary to be demolished consists of a master factory building,a reinforced concrete chimney and some sub-bases.In this paper,determination of column's blasting height and blasting parameters for column,beam and wall are introduced when the master factory building is demolished by blasting method.At the same time,design of blasting cut is presented when the chimney is demolished by blasting method.Since the debris from demolition of the master factory building is used as a buffering pad for high chimney collapse,the vibration induced by chimney impact to ground is dampened and the pad functions as secondary fragmentation to the chimney.The master factory builing is divided into three blasting areas,and successful once-through initiation of multiple charges is ensured by use of the enforced two-way multi-mesh priming circuit with Nonel detonators.
