略论学报编辑工作中的策划问题

On Planning in the Editing Work of Journal

编辑策划工作在学报的生存发展中具有重要的意义。当前学报工作中存在着策划意识淡漠、缺乏整体和持续性策划、追求即时效益等问题。学报编辑应该树立现代策划意识,提高素质修养,寻找编辑策划的有效途径。

Planning in the editing work of journal plays an important role in the development and existing of journal. The problems, existing in the work of journal are as following :lack of consciousness of planning, without complete and enduring plans and persuit of practical benefits,etc. According to the writer of this paper editors of journals should have modern planning awareness, enhance self-cultivation ,if they want to find effective ways of editing planning.
