实施学科馆员制度,通过学科馆员架起图书馆与院系教学科研的桥梁与纽带,是高校图书馆深化读者服务工作而采取的一种新的服务模式。学科馆员的岗位职责要求学科馆员必须是高素质的专业人才。图书馆只有建立一套行之有效的管理措施,才能使这一制度真正发挥作用,使学科馆员成为教学科研的信息导航员。

Implementing the disciplinary librarian system and connecting library with teaching and scientific research of the department through disciplinary librarian are the new service pattern, which is adopted by university library to improve the service quality. All the disciplinary librarians are required by their own posts to be high quality professional.Unless a series of effective administrative measurements are established, this system could not actually play its role and make the disciplinary librarian the information navigator in teaching and scientific research.
