摘要
分析了 ZH1110型柴油机机体模态试验的机体支承方法、激励方法的选择、测点的选取、数据采集及模态分析等对机体模态试验有重要影响的关键因素 ,通过模态试验与分析获得了反映机体结构动态特性的固有频率、模态振型和模态阻尼等 ,并对前 11阶试验结果进行了动态分析 ,指出了机体的薄弱部位 ,为机体的动态特性改进提供了可靠依据。
In the paper we analyzed the support methods of the engine body, the selections of excitation methods and sensor installation points, and the data collection during the modal experiments of an engine body. The process of the modal experiments, as well as the experimental results, were described and analyzed. The parameters related to the structural dynamic characteristics of this engine body were obtained based on the modal experiments and the experimental results. The modal shapes from the first 11 orders were analyzed, and the positions with the maximum stresses in the body were given that could be used for improving its structural characteristic.
