摘要
运用紊流数值模拟技术对包括转轮、导叶在内的对称翼型转轮双向泵装置进行数值模拟。计算采用RNG紊流模型 ,通过 SIMPL EC算法 ,利用控制容积有限元法离散三维不可压 Navier- Stokes方程 ,计算了不同工况下双向泵装置定常流动。通过计算预测了泵装置水力性能 ,并与模型试验结果进行了比较 ,研究表明数值预测与试验数据值吻合较好。数值分析显示对称翼型转轮的正反向性能差异不大 ,对称翼型转轮在低扬程有双向工况要求的泵站中有广泛的应用前景。
A reversible pump with symmetric aerofoil is a new type fluid mechanism. In order to understand the characteristic of the pump system, the control volume method was used to simulate its flow field. The RNG k - ε turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm were applied in solving the problem. The pumping flows under various discharges were computed. The performance of the pump system was predicted based on the simulation results. A good agreement was achieved between the prediction data and the experimental ones.
