文章分析了当前县乡科技服务体系中存在的主要问题熏此基础上，提出了加强县乡科技服务体系建设的一些政策在性建议。

This paper analyses the main problems of the scientific and technical service systems in urban and rural areas in the present situation.On that basis,it is shown that some principled suggestions of strengthening the service systems construction .
