It is well acknowledged that the compositional contents, theoretical basis, and mental essence that lie in the Deng Xiaoping's thoughts of the open educational system have considerably influenced the modern Chinese education. This paper is intended to argue for a supportive assumption of an open system of learning-type society in favor of lifelong education.
