摘要 教学艺术是教师综合素质的全面体现。教学艺术形成是教师的主体性在教学实践中的自然表现 ,目的是使教学充满生命的活力 ,变成学生获得发展的精彩活动。教学艺术形成研究的理论基础之一是人的可持续性发展理论及教师专业化理论。 By the teaching arts is meant to embody a teacher's comprehensive quality. The formation of teaching arts is, therefore, the natural performance of the teacher's subjectivity in the process of his teaching. It doesn't only mean mastering a kind of teaching theory, nor a simple teaching skill. But it is the teacher's overall promotion of his teaching level. The purpose of the formation of teaching arts is to change our teaching to a brilliant activity that brims with vigor and from which the students can develop themselves. The research of the formation of teaching arts is based on the theory that man canmaintain a sustainable development. And the theory that teachers should be specialized is the theoretical basis of the formation of teaching arts. Thus, we have four tactics to form the teaching arts.
