A1_(2)O_(3) - SiO_(2) - TiO_(2) - ZrO_(2) Composite Membrane and Microstructure by Sol - Gel Process

摘要 研究采用Sol-gel法研制了一种新型的Al2O3-SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2复合陶瓷膜。复合膜由γ-Al2O3,TiO2,ZrO2和Al2SiO5等多相组成,改变体系组成各相含量时膜的主晶相也随之变化,从而影响到膜的微观结构。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析法重点研究了膜的表面性质及其形貌,并探讨了修饰物添加剂对膜的形貌和性能的影响。 The supported membrane of Al2O3 - SiO2 - TiO2 - ZrO2 was syntheslsed by sol - gel process. There was no crack on the surface of the membrane, and Al2O3 composite membrane shows that there exists several crystalline phases,such as Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2, Al2SiO5 and ZrO2. Changing the ratio of Al: Si: Ti: Zr, different pore size distribution of Al2O3 composite membrane could be obtained. The investigation centred mainly on the microstructure of the membrane by AFM method in this paper, and the discussion on the effects of doping with titania, silica and zirconia on the microstructure and properties of alumina membranes was made.
