权力腐败现象是人民群众普遍关注的热点问题之一,已成为改革、发展、稳定的障碍。现阶段权力腐败现象滋生蔓延有着深刻的经济、政治、思想文化及党自身建设等方面的社会原因;根治权力腐败现象,要形成权力制约上的新机制,把反腐廉政纳入法制轨道,建立环环相扣的监督网络,筑牢思想道德防线,改革干部人事制度。

The phenomenon of power depravity is one of the most noticeable problems for the people,and has been the obstacle of innovation,development and stabilization .The breeding and creeping of power depravity have profound social reasons,such as economical,political,ideological,cultural and party construction reasons;To solve power depravity problem soundly,some countermeasures should be adopted,such as forming new power restriction mechanism,bringing anti-corruption into law track,establishing serial supervising network,constructing ideological and moral line of denfence and reforming cadre appointing system.
