血管内皮生长因子-C在胃癌中表达的意义 被引量：17

Expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor-C in gastric carcinma tissues

摘要 为探讨血管内皮生长因子 C (VEGF C)与胃癌临床病理因素的关系。笔者应用免疫组织化学 (SP)方法测定胃癌及胃良性病变中VEGF C的表达。结果示胃癌组VEGF C阳性率为 60 .0 % ,胃良性病变组为 15 .0 % (P =0 .0 0 0 ) ;胃癌组中有淋巴结转移者为 68.97% ,无淋巴结转移者为 3 6.4% (P =0 .0 0 8) ;低分化者为 72 .7% ,高 +中分化者为 44 .4% (P =0 .0 10 ) ;伴有远处转移者为10 0 .0 % ,不伴有远处转移者为 5 3 .6% (P =0 .0 2 ) ;pTNMI +II期为 43 .8% ,III +IV期为 70 .8%(P =0 .0 15 )。提示VEGF C表达与胃癌转移情况、分化程度及分期有密切关系。
