消乳岩丸抗肿瘤作用的体外试验研究

Experimental study on antitumor effects of Xiaoruyanwan in vitro

用MTT法测定消乳岩丸对 5株人肿瘤细胞系的抑瘤作用。结果消乳岩丸对 5株人肿瘤细胞系均有不同程度的抑瘤作用 ,有明显量效关系。高剂量组有较高抑制作用 ,GLC、MCF 7、KB、宫 -743和MGC 80 3的抑制率分别为69 17%、81 77%、62 72 %、77 92 %和 81 43 %。初步研究结果提示 ,中药消乳岩丸体外对人肿瘤细胞有较高的抑瘤作用。

The antitumor effects of Xiaoruyanwan on 5 human tumor cell lines were determined by MTT assay. Results there were different degrees of antitumor effects for Xiaoruyanwan on 5 human tumor cell lines in a dose-dependent manner.The highest dose had the highest tumor-inhibiting rate in vitro experiment.The tumor-inhibiting rates were respectively 69.17%,81.77%,62.72%,77.92% and 81.43% on GLC,MCF-7,KB,GONG-743 and MGC-803.In conclution,there were high antitumor effects for Xiaoruyanwan on human tumor cell lines in vitro.
