胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶的表达与卡培他滨治疗大肠癌疗效评价的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 用ELTSA方法 ,测定服用卡培他滨和未服用卡培他滨结直肠癌患者的癌组织中胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶 (thymi dinephosphorylase ,TP)的表达。结果用卡培他滨后结直肠癌组织的TP浓度均数为 ( 4 67 48± 10 49)ng/mL ;未用为( 180 3 0± 7 64 )ng/mL ;用卡培他滨肿瘤组织中浓度均数比未用组浓度均数高 2 5 9倍 ,t>2 660 ,P <0 0 1。初步研究结果提示 ,测定结直肠癌患者癌组织的TP表达水平 ,可以作为评价卡培他滨疗效的指标。 The expressive levels of thymidine phosphorylase in colorectal cancer tissues among patients who administrated capecitabine and did not administrated capecitabine were examined by ELISA technicque for evaluating the efficacy of capecitabing. The expressive levels of thymidine phophorylase in colorectal cancer tissues among the patients who administrated capecitabing were higher by 2.59 folds than those among the patients who did not administrated capecibine.In conclusion,the expression levels of thymidine phosphoryseal may be a marker for evaluating efficacy of capecitabine.
