前哨淋巴结活检术及正电子发射体层显像诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结状态的研究进展

Sentinel lymph node biopsy and positron emission tomography applied in axillary microinvasion diagnosis of breast cancer

前哨淋巴结活检术 (sentinellymphnodebiopsy ,SLNB)是 2 0世纪 90年代提出的乳腺癌腋窝手术的新观念 ,可准确地预测腋窝淋巴结的转移状况。正电子发射体层显像 (positronemissiontomography ,PET)作为最新的影像学技术 ,在肿瘤诊断、指导治疗方面有重要价值。综述了两者诊断腋窝淋巴结转移的原理、应用、影响因素及联合应用的临床意义。

Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) is a new conception about axilla operation on breast cancer,which can accurately forecast axillary lymph node metastases and maybe substitute axillary lymph node dissection (ALND).As a newly image technology,positron emission tomography (PET) plays an important role in both diagnosis and treatment of tumor .This paper reviews their theory,applications,influence factors and the clinical meaning of their combination.
