凋亡相关基因在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 细胞凋亡是细胞积极参与自身死亡的单一细胞缺失过程 ,对肿瘤形成和发展起重要作用。肿瘤细胞凋亡的过程及其调控因素是近年来研究的热点 ,并试图通过诱导凋亡达到基因治疗的目的。凋亡的内源性调控因素主要是凋亡相关基因及其产物。综述凋亡相关基因bcl 2家族、p5 3、p2 1、p16、Fas/Fasl、C myc在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与肿瘤发生、发展的关系以及与治疗效果和预后方面的研究进展作一综述。 Cell apoptosis is a process of single cell death which is determined by cell itself. It is important for the formation and progress of neoplasm. The process of neoplastic cell apoptosis and its regulation and control factors are the hotspot of investigation in recent years. Gene therapy is tried to be realized through inducing cell apoptosis. The main endogenetic modulating factors are apoptosis-related genes and their products. This article is in term of the expression of apoptosis-related gene, such as bcl-2 family,p53,p21, p16, Fas/Fasl and C-myc in endometrial carcinoma, and the relation with its occurrence, progress, therapeutic effect and prognosis.
