摘要 通过计算机软件编程实现对当前医院内各种参与放射治疗定位、计划和验证的影象设备(CT、MRI、PET、SPECT、超声等)进行管理。自动完成各类影象的重建、融合和配准;自动分析各种影象参数对放疗的影响程度;与临床医生一起针对不同个体以互动方式精确确定各种治疗靶区的位置及其活动范围,按临床治疗要求确定放疗照射范围及剂量。利用本系统可以在确保治疗效果不下降的同时尽量减少正常组织的损伤程度和范围。 A new computer software is developed to manage all the medical imaging devices. In our hospital, such as CT,MRI,PET,SPECT, ultrasound, etc. This softw are has some basic functions of image processing such as reconstruction, fusing and registration. It can analyze about all the image parameters automatically an d help the doctors determine the targets and the doses exactly. Using this syste m, we can keep the radiotherapy effects to the targets and reduce the radiation harm to the normal tissue without additional fund expenditures.
