摘要 目的:研究闪光视觉诱发电位(fVEP)各波潜伏期与颅内压的关系,评价fVEP在颅内压监测临床应用的可行性并以此指导高颅压的治疗。方法:测量22名健康人和88例腰椎穿刺测量颅内压患者的fVEP,147例高颅压患者于用药(甘露醇)前、后(每隔10分钟)测一次颅压值,选取60分钟分析。结论:fVEP的P2、N2、P3、N3波潜伏期与颅内压升高均呈正相关(r=0.546,0.651,0.538,0.433,P<0.001),以N2波相关系数最大;fVEP可以较准确、无创地判定颅内压值,并在指导临床治疗颅高压中有重要意义。 Objective: To research the relationship between flash visual evoked po tentials(fVEP) and intracranial pressure (ICP), to evaluate the effect of baseli ne fVEP testing in the diagnosis of increased ICP and instruction therapy high intracranial pressure. Methods: 22 normal individuals and 88 patients measured by Lumbar puncture were recorded with fVEP. We compared the latency of their wav es. 147 patients' intracranial pressure values were measured before and after us ing mannitol (every 10 minutes), choosing 60 minutes analysis. Conclusion: A lin ear relationship (r=0.546,0.651,0.538,0.433,P<0.001) between elevated intracrani al pressure and the latency of P2,N2,P3,N3 wave of fVEP is accepted, of which th e relationship wefficient of N2 wave is the maximum one. fVEP is a reliable noni nvasive method to Monitoring intracranial pressure and importance value to instr uction therapy high intracranial pressure in clinical.
