常温常压下纳米羟基磷灰石晶体的合成及结构研究 被引量:8

Studies on the synthesis and structure of nanosized hydroxyapatite crystals at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure

摘要 以硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵为前驱体,采用沉淀法在常温常压下合成了纳米羟基磷灰石(HA),用TEM、X-射线衍射仪及红外光谱仪等对其结构和晶粒尺寸进行了分析.结果表明,在常温常压水-乙醇反应体系下,可获得纯度、结晶度和分散性均较好的纳米HA晶体材料.本实验条件下所合成的纳米HA主要为柱状晶体,平均尺寸为50 nm. Nanosized hydroxyapatite particles were synthesized by precipitation process using Ca(NO3)2 · 4H2O and (NH4)2HPO4 at normal temperature (25℃) and atmospheric pressure. The synthesized powders were characterized by TEM, X-ray diffraction and FTIR. Under the water-ethanol reactive system, the better purification, crystallization and dispersion of nanosized hydroxyapatite crystals can be obtained. On the condition of these tests, nanosized hydroxyapatite particles were mainly polar crystals, and the average size was around 50 nm.
