摘要 介绍了以苯乙酸为原料经过酰氯化和付-克反应酰基化两步合成二苯乙酮的工艺,并讨论了最终产物的纯化方法。通过工艺优化,一方面反应时间大大缩短,另一方面反应总收率达到85%~90%,超过了文献报道的收率。最终纯化工艺的改进,使得二苯乙酮的工业化生产成为可能。 The synthesis of dioxybenzoin from phenylacetic acid by chloridization and Friedel-Crafts reaction is described. The purification method of dioxybenzoin is discussed. By improving the synthesis method the time of reaction can be shortened and the yield can reach 85%~90%. As a result of improvement on the purification method in our process, the production of plant scale can be realized.
