摘要
采用苯甲醛与丙二酸反应,摩尔配比为1∶1.4,以吡啶为溶剂、甲苯为稀释剂、苯胺为催化剂,反应4h得到3-苯基丙烯酸,将其与PCl3直接进行酰氯化反应10~12h,得3-苯基丙烯酰氯,再与正丙胺反应,得N-正丙基-3-苯基丙烯酰胺。总产率为69%。测定了产品的熔点,并制作了红外光谱图。
3-Phenyl acrylic acid is synthesized by reaction of benzaldehyde and malonic acid. N-propyl-3-phenyl acrylamide is synthesized from 3-phenyl acrylic acid by acyl chlorination reaction and amination. The effects of reactants ratio, time, catalyst, temperature and etc. were investigated. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR and melting point test.
